On a very boring Saturday, during the summer of 2010, I sat down and created a list of the food and drink I want to taste before I die.
It’s a broad, continually expanding manifest, covering ingredients, dishes, restaurant specialities, wines, spirits, cocktails and anything else that for some reason or other I feel compelled to try at some point during my life.
This blog will document my experiences as I attempt to work my way through the list, as well as providing an outlet for the rest of my food ramblings.
